Louisiana: Safe Evacuation Information

According to information provided by the Lafayette City-Parish Office of Emergency Preparedness, during an evacuation, special radio stations have been established as primary* for the distribution of information to the public. The map below shows the station callsigns, frequencies and areas of coverage of the stations.
*Other stations (such as KPEL 96.5 fm in Acadiana) may provide the same information. The stations listed are the primary outlets in each section of the state.
