New Iberia: Smithsonian Magazine's Museum Day

New Iberia La. -- The Bayou Teche Museum is pleased to announce our participation in the Smithsonian Magazine's Museum Day Live event again this year. On Saturday, September 22, 2018 anyone who presents a Museum Day Live ticket will be admitted for free along with one guest.

Museum Day represents a nationwide commitment to access, equity and inclusion. Over 250,000 people downloaded tickets for last year’s event. Tickets are available for download at Smithsonian.com/MuseumDay and present your tickets at the door for free entrance for two. One ticket is permitted per email address. A list of participating museums, which will be continually updated, can be found at Smithsonian.com/MuseumDay/Search.
